Music (refer as software): CD+G, CD+GM, Super CD+G, NEO+G, VCD, DVD, LD may only be returned for refund within 7 days of the invoice date if the packaging is UNOPENED AND FACTORY SEALED.
Opened retail boxed software can only be returned for replacement if it is defective or damaged. You may exchange defective music media for an identical replacement by contacting Customer Service and acquiring an RMA number.

If equipment not working when you received or DOA (Dead On Arrival), we will gladly to exchange a new unit (same brand/model). Please call us to obtain a RMA number for exchange.
How to Return:
You need to have RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) for all product returns, without RMA #, receiving department will reject the package and we will not process the refund. Please contact Sound Waves Return Department for RMA #. After you get the number please write the number after the zip code.
Returned merchandise must be in original unaltered condition with all manufacture accessories, manuals and warranties. There will be 20% restocking fee and shipping charge from our warehouse to your place when we ship the product. We will not reimburse the postage for the product you send back to us.
If your product has arrived defective, the manufacturers listed below will replace the item for you. Your new item comes with a one year warranty from the manufacturer of the product. It is your responsibility to contact the appropriate company and follow their procedures:
